James Ward and Steve Weenink combined forces in 1993 to
supply a growing Package Bee demand that James Ward of
Kintail Honey was already supplying.

Kintail Honey was established in 1948 and James, a second
generation beekeeper with now 35 years commercial experience
chose Steve of Apiflora, a beekeeper of now 30 years
experience, to join him.

|
|
The two have proved a very successful combination. James operates 5,000 hives in the Lower North Island, while Steve operates 2,100 in the Tauranga and Central Highland area of the North Island. |
